Supervising Attorney


What You Will Do

  • Oversee and manage the production of cases by paralegals and legal assistance on a timely manner (project management aspect of cases).
  • Review and revise cases.
  • Prepare clients for hearings and immigration interviews.
  • Attend immigration interviews.
  • Research and write briefs and mentor on legal questions from the team.
  • Interface with clients when necessary.
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned as the role evolves

Education and Experience Needed

A Juris Doctorate and active bar license in any state are required; 4-7 years of experience working on a combination of VAWA, U Visas, T Visas, Naturalization, Removal Defense, and Family Based cases.

Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
