They gather documents and evidence, prepare forms and legal filings, and double-check every fact. Our Case Production team members come from diverse backgrounds (including many immigrant families), and several are bilingual, which helps in collecting records and stories from clients of different cultures. They work closely with our attorneys to ensure nothing is overlooked with a meticulous eye and a “no detail too small” mindset. They take a trauma-informed approach, meaning they understand how to discuss sensitive subjects in a way that makes you feel safe and respected. Many of our Interviewers have backgrounds that include counseling, journalism, or social work, and some have personal immigration stories as well – all of which help them connect with clients on a human level. They will take the time to make sure your voice comes through in your affidavit or testimony. By carefully interviewing you and drawing out key details, our Interviewers help transform your experiences into a powerful narrative that our attorneys can use to strengthen your case.
